Location is across from Dairy Queen and J.& J.’s Pizza Shack in the empty parking lot on the North side of Central Avenue between the Dollar Store and The Portage Press building in the Portage Mall. I happen to work at J.& J.’s and once in a while peek outside and see a Portage cop sitting over there for usually 15-30 minutes during any time of day. I of course am not totally sure if this is where they just fill out papers or if this is actually a speed trap, but hope for the best when driving through there.
