Cesar Chavez Ave & Evergreen Ave
Motorcycle officers at either end of long avenue with no 4-way intersections. Speed limit of 30 MPH is somewhat low. Usually present at AM/PM rush hours. No accidents noted for a long time. Probably just a good location to trap motorists.

I got my ticket going 35 mph. and they were stopping a lot of people, two motorcycle officers; right in front of the Evergreen cemetery on Cesar Chavez. This is, definitely, a speed trap. Thank you for letting others know.
