Chapman Drive near Rufe Snow Drive
There is a park with tennis courts halfway down Chapman where a cop waits by the bushes surrounding the courts. The speed limit is 30 mph on a high traffic residential street. They also like to hide behind a sign and watch you drive by at 35 – 40 mph. Beware!
