motorcycle and cars are usually aparked in park,cemetary, residential side streets or on cherry itself. speed limit is 40 mph. people usually drive 50+ mph. often 2-3 motorcycle cops during the day and earely evenings. But I have seen people pulled over at variouse times in the aerly am hours as well. (1:30-5 am)
