Didn’t even see the sign. Sped up to get out of officers way (we are disabled seniors and have never had a speeding ticket) and he wrote it for the highest amount possible. He obviously didn’t like old white folks. He did say people were run over all the time, in that location…. but, researching the web, we could not find one instance of that!
