Coal Creek Parkway near Cougar Mnt Trail
The motorcycle cops like to sit in the trailhead parking lot in the area of Coal Creek they call "the dip". It’s at the bottom of the hill, where the speed limit is 40mph and it’s very easy to hit 50mph. Especially patrolled during rush hours.
