Collins Ferry Road near Between Burroughs and Mylan
They will sit along Collins Ferry before the AM rush, during lunch, and after 5PM. The Morgantown Police Dept. will sit in places that can’t be seen by drivers. Be careful of the 25 MPH limit, they will bust you for going 30!
