Officers are ruthless. I have been tagged by both of them and have lost more than once in court. They have sleek squad cars (dark blue impala’s) and sophisticated equipment. They are a force not to be reckoned with. They also have a very aggressive K-9 unit. Good luck making it through the gauntlet.

Not ruthless, simply doing their job and enforcing the law.
"not ruthless" is obviously an employee of the City of Mound. When they pull you over they are discourteous and very intimidating - particularly the K9 unit.
