This is a no turn on red from 3-6pm M-F. Motorcycle cops sit in the median on the right waiting for drivers to make that right turn.

Why is this listed as a speed trap if the observation is about illegal turns? Yeah for the cops! No sympathy from me on this one. Get the violators!
