Not only do you have to stay alert for the occasional stray bullet that might hit you in the head, the police dont give any slack whatsoever for traffic offenders. It’s a main source of revenue and if you look like you have the means to pay a ticket, they will stop you for whatever they can legally think of. Best not to drive through there at all unless you’re a thrill seeker looking for action.
