Crystal Springs Blvd. Between Alameda de las Pulgas and El Camino

San Mateo, CaliforniaJul 01, 20000 Comments

Motor cycle cops hiding on sidestreets. The speed limit here is 25 mph, 40 mph traffic speed is common. There is a stop-sign on Crystal Springs at Stonehendge, and the cyclecops hide on the San Mateo side of Crystal Springs where they watch both the stopsign (often run) and traffic.

This section of road is the City of San Mateo on one side, and Hillsborough (home of the rich and famous) on the other. Every car I’ve seem pulled over has been either a van or an SUV with a car seat in it (including mine :-(! This is the most direct route to and from three San Mateo public schools and all of the schools in Hillsbourgh.
