Dear-Greenbrier Road near US Highway 21
Going up or down Dear-Greenbrier Rd. there is a cop sitting either at a church parking lot or any closed business. The speed limit going West is 45mph and you have to go that to get to the top, then at the top of the hill it immediately changes to 35 mph going down the hill. You nearly have to slam on your brakes to not speed. However, during rain, the speed limit at 35mph is necessary, because many people hydra-plane into oncoming traffic.
