The officer likes to sit up on the dirt "parking lot" where construction vehicles were parked during the expansion of Diley Road. He faces toward the Diley/Hill intersection and catches people going >45 as they round the turn in the road. He’s hidden behind a patch of trees, but he’s visible for about a mile if coming from the Long/Diley intersection.
