The Wonder Bread Company has closed this location and the building has been torn down as of Summer of 2011. The lot is not accesible to vehicle traffic, (blocked by concrete barriers).
There are many officers in this area, as the University of Toledo is nearby, and this is a high-density area for student life and shopping. I travel this area 3 times a day and have NEVER seen an office doing radar duty, (but have seen them doing reports in nearby lots).
Please BEWARE... There are speed/redlight cams both EB/WB on Dorr St at Secor Rd.. The speed limit on this section of Dorr is 40mph. Drive SAFE!!! (and hang up your phone!!!)
