Dubuque police run a speed trap in clear weather. A dark green Dodge pickup sits on a brim 3/4 of the way up the hill with radar . Up to five squad cars are lined up on Digital Drive behind the brim. Please drive safely. Do not speed approaching Dubuque from the south.
