The speed limit is 30, so as soon as you turn the corner on to Dugas, your car goes down the hill so the constable stops you immediately, even if before you can start speeding. He is there in the evenings all the time, stopping and harassing people on their way home from work. If you have a nice car, you definitely get a ticket.
