E. Myrtle Street near S. Avenue A Avenue
E. Myrtle is a major, multi-lane, eastbound, one-way thoroughfare in downtown Boise (just south of E. Front Street, on which the Ada County Courthouse is situated [where municipal, county, and state traffic tickets, etc., are tried]).
Police in cars or motorcycles regularly situate themselves partially obscured on the east side of a private building on private property just east of S. Avenue A, often (always?) using lidar to pick off drivers exceeding an unrealistically low 35 MPH limit.
