A Patrol Car Sits With His Car Running acting as if he’s doing something but don’t be fooled he’s actually running Radar, I have seen him around 2:40 or so he usually sits there for about half an hour, the speed limit on 12 mile is 35. I have been living in Roseville for 10 years now and Rosville Boys like to play hide and seek.
