East Johnson at Yahara Bridge (Tenney Park)
Officer sits in a lawn chair in the median, shooting East. Chase cars parked on Marston Ave., Baldwin St. or Few St. around the corner, victims are pulled over out of sight of the new prey. 25 MPH…fish in a barrel.
Opposite direction: shooter sits just before the Yahara Bridge, catching Eastbound traffic. Chase cars sit out of sight over the bridge in the utility drive. Short hop for shift change as First Street City of Madison Garage is right there.
Plenty of targets.

During the Summer months watch for a Madison PD Motorcycle unit sitting in the median (crosswalk) area clocking inbound traffic.
