speed limit coming down 18% grade is 50 mph. Cops set up fake construction zone, hid behind trucks, posted illegal 30MPH sign (wrong color,illegal sign) on ground (illegal placement must be higher). No one can see the sign. Posted 1200 feet from 50MPH; illegal…must be 1500 ft. Judge sided w/deputy who lied in court when fighting ‘speeding in a construction zone’. Deputy also showed ‘photo’ of area: photo was not even on the same street; cop lied; judge said ‘I don’t care about the color of the sign or the 1500 feet distance between 50 and 30mph: The cop is right and you lose, pay the ticket. Big speed trap which would not be bad except all of the set up is illegal including no survey done for use of radar. Just doing this to make $$$$
