Entering the city of Lewisville from Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton
Hebron Parkway — entering the City of Lewisville from Carrollton. The cop car is parked right before the "Welcome to Lewisville" sign to catch speeders coming in from Carrollton where the speed limit is 40. This coming down off a hill headed into Lewisville so the speed could reach up to 60. I have had to brake hard to getmy speed down. I have never seen him pull anyone over but he is there, hiding behind the sign.
