Patrolman constantly patrol streets especially routes used by Indianapolis residents using a shortcut. Speed limits are 20 MPH. You will be ticketed going 25 MPH.

By statute the speed limit on any dedicated street cannot be less than 25 mph. Southport is not the only jurisdiction that sets speed limits artificially low, but like the others it does not make the speed limit enforceable. I'd fight such a ticket!
