Motorcycle officer parked on the SW side of the Laurelwood/Erbes intersection enforcing the 45 mph posted speed limit for south bound Erbes Rd traffic in the morning hours. The posted limit seems fair given the fact there is cross traffic coming out of the two neighborhoods that Laurelwood feeds into and this particular intersection has no traffic controls. It’s easy to be 10-15mph over the posted limit if you aren’t paying attention coming down the long steep hill that is Erbes Rd from Sunset Hills Blvd.
