Everywhere there is obviously too low of a speed limit posted
I’ve seen them hide behind parked cars in parking lots along route 256. They especially like to wait around corners to catch kids when they get out of school. Stick to the main roads. They like it when people are in a hurry to get home and take short cuts through residential areas.
