exit 101, hwy 278 east
Getting off of I-20 at exit 101 and heading east on hwy 278, about 3/4mi from the interstate is a small church. A Social Circle cop loves to hide on one side of the church catching speeders. 55mph zone.

How about not driving over the speed limit. In Georgia, local law enforcement cannot charge you with speeding unless you were traveling over 10 mph above the posted speed limit. It you truly believe that the area is a speed trap, file a complaint with the Georgia State Patrol so that an audit/investigation can be conducted. Speed limits are set by the Georgia Department of Transportation, not the local governments or the local public safety agencies.
