Fischer Boulevard near East Dover Fire House Parking Lot
The cop sits in the parking lot of the Fire Dept and gets people who are speeding or those who go thru the yellow light at Windsor and Fischer. They also hang out infront of the Shoprite in the Middle lane, waiting for cars to speed thru the yellow Light at Bay and Fischer, then they nab them.
