General DeGaulle Ave. (Westbank)
New Orleans motorcycle cops hide behind residential obstacles (fences, bushes, trees, etc.) to catch anyone going over the 35 mph speed limit heading westbound in AM.They sometimes repeat the speed trap going eastbound in PM where the speed limit is a confusing 40 mph. New radar devices built within their cycles apparently have a remote "instant on" feature as policemen can hide away from cycle and radar detectors do not give adequate warning.
