Motorcycles hide behind wide, 100 year old oak trees with the radar gun connected to the street side of the motorcycle. Officers step out into the street to pull over speeders, usually those going 9-10+ mph faster than the posted limit is 35 mph, which is not too unreasonable given it’s a residential area. Enforcement usually during the AM rush hour coming into the city and the PM rush hour going away from the city. Although I’ve not gotten a ticket in this area, they are very agressive.
