Glenwood Avenue
This is a high traffic street going pass a high school and hospital. Cop likes to sit in a lawn chair with radar gun with chase cars down the line. On July 11, they had 9 cars set up. Joliet is a high crime area, you would think they would have other things to do. I guess this is "Money Heaven."
