Not a very long stretch of road, Governor Warfield Pkwy is one big hill with 2 lanes seperated by a median. Driving up the hill is fine, comming down the hill towards Little Patuxent Pkwy or the Mall in Columbia can be dangerous for speeders. At the bottom of Governor Warfield Pkwy is a stop light, the Columbia Mall entrence is on your right, and on your left is Windstream Drive. The cops will park in the median at the bottom of Gov. Warfield and catch you comming down the hill towards that stop light. Its a 35MPH road, if you know where im talking about either you speed down it like me and get caught or you ride your brakes the entire trip down the hill because it is very difficult to keep it under 35. Mostley cops hang out in the mid-day, they like to catch kids comming home from Wilde Lake High School.
