Grand River Road near M L King JR Boulevard
No turn on red sign is hidden behind Railroad and other signs. About 15 foot from road and about 5-6 foot in the air.
Visible for a split second if you are only looking for it. When stopped at line it is hidden by rear view mirror in most vehicles. Usually at least 1 Lansing city policeman there or nearby.

I pass by here several times a day and I have never seen police sitting there.
