H-1 leaving Pearl Harbor and Hickam AFB
On the 5 lanes leaving Pearl and Hickam – in the meridian at the crest of the hill – routing traffic to East/West bound H-1 and to Nimitz Highway. Speed limit is 35 … no one goes below 50 … engineered for 55 at least. Target mostly transient residents obviously – military leaving the base. Mininum fine $75
