(H1 Freeway, Kaimuki) Honolulu Police Department motorcyle under overpass
monitoring all 3 lanes of west-bound traffic on H1 Freeway. All hours except AM peak period, 6am to 9am. Posted speed limit is only 50 mph. Laser detector is at right shoulder, just after negotiating right curve uphill on freeway. Exceeding ~57 mph is risky.
