It was during a heavy downpour, he accused me for running a stop sign, peeling out, and crossing marked lanes. I admit I did not come to a complete stop, I rolled thru the stop sign, having admitted to that, I drive an all wheel drive Ford Explorer that is incapable of peeling out because if one tire slips all wheels start turning. I was trying to not hit a huge pothole and swerved around it as not to bust my tire.
