Officer sits on the side of the road LONG after Sweet Apple Elementary releases it’s students and the children are GONE. He stands at the corner and scans the line of traffic. This officer pulled me out of a line (flow of traffic) and waved me over. The speed limit is 40 mph, there is no immediate sign, NO children, buses, crossing guard, etc. NOTHING. He then ticketed me for 45 in a 25. This trap is beyond ridiculous considering school released 45 minutes prior and neither before the time of my stop nor during the stop was there ever a single child in sight, nor did a vehicle even exit Etris road (from the school) during this time period.
