Harrison Boulevard near 36th-40th Streets
Harrison Blvd is heavily monitored in an area adjacent to Weber State University, running from approximately 36th Street to 40th Street. A Radar-equipped unit normally is positioned at a small medical services plaza on the west side of the street, monitoring both north and southbound traffic. Backup units, which include motorcycle units in Spring-Fall time period, handle the ticketing. Most citations are for downhill speeding northbound from 40th Street intersection. Prime-time periods are during the 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM "rush hour," Monday-Friday.
