Hawthorne Boulevard near Palos Verdes Drive North Drive
Northbound, downhill on Hawthorne Blvd. A LASD vehicle hiding at the end of the first runaway vehicle gravel trap at a righthand blind curve. Usually under trees and in the shadows. Trap has been there for decades. People get caught all the time.

My grandson with a Honda and a loud exhaust has been nabbed here at least three times. (at least he has come to me three times for $$ to pay the tickets). Pretty dumb for somebody who knows everything.
I always drop it into lower gears coming down the hill, because Deputy Cuffy will probably workig Radar right there.
I see him almost every time I go to the shopping center up on the hill.
