Speed drops from 40 to 30. Police stop during the day for an hour and watch. Sometimes use Church and several cars for trap.

This is true. I have received a ticket at this very location. I believe (as I didn't see him) he was at the church on the right side just past Monticello.
Absolutely TRUE!! Travelling north on Hurcules, the officer was crouched down in a bush on the right side of the road , BEHIND A BUSH!!! He then motioned to me to pull over, this road goes from 40 to 30 mph within 100 yards. Be careful.
