Highway 13 & 76
Police often hide on side roads out of sight.This is a main highway to Silver Dollar City.They often will drop in behind you and follow you until you make the slightest bobble and then wham, you have had it.They will treat you like a criminal.You are guilty from the start.These are young officers wanting to make a name for themselves.They have a stretch of highway 13 for about a mile and a portion of 413.This gives them plenty of time to make up a reason for stopping you.

Highway 13 and 76 is located in BRANSON WEST....not Branson. The website needs to add BRANSON WEST to it's list of Missouri Cities that run speed traps.
The exaggerated assumptions here in the original post tend to lower the credibility of the post. I am also curious how giving someone a ticket would "make a name" for an officer.
The MO.Highway patrol also sets there. Turning east onto 76 the 35mph sign is about halfway through that one mile. When does a speed limit start.? i have asked a number of people who live out that way and they say that the police or highway patrol are nearly always there. When I made a comment about the situation I was threatened by the highway patrol officer ,his answer was" I can make your time in jail a lot longer". I was never disrespectful to him in the time I was with him. His threat is totally unexceptable in America.
