If you have the urge to pay money, this is the place to go. Licking (great town name) pays very close attention to their speed limits. The surrounding highway is 60 MPH, but it’s 45 through town. And they don’t mean 46. Set the cruise for 45 through town. Regularly patrolled by MO Highway Patrol and Licking Police (insert clever joke here).
