I was pulled over for speeding 51 mph in a 40 mph zone on Hwy 65. Unfortunately, I was not speeding at all. Moreover, the Gould police officer in question allowed two Arkansas-tagged vehicles to fly through the zone, then pulled us over with our Florida license plate. Apparently, this municipality does this to pay for their police force, knowing that out-of-state motorists are more likely to pay the exhorbitant fines and less likely to contest the doubtful professionalism of this force.
