Highway directly south of City, if in coming from Harvard Illinois.
Hide behind parked Semi Trailers on the right side if heading North right past the 30MPH sign. Speed limit drops from 55 directly to 30 in less then 2 tenths of a mile with no warnings or middle speeds such as 45, 35 down to 30. Mininum ticket is over $150. Officers claim this is because they have no court in their city, so I belive state handles their tickets.

Yes, the speed limit does quickly change from 55 to 25. Walworth does have a Municipal Court and the minimum ticket is around $88-not $150. I'm also guessing that you are from IL and all of you people seem to think that WI speed limits are merely a suggestion.
