Hwy 12 and Old Lighthouse Road by the Texaco to Lighthouse turnoff
Usually navy blue Ford, likely radar, frequently parked near the Diamond Shoals restaurant, bait shop or the Texaco, looking for southbounders coming into the village on 12 from the open roads north of town.
