Speed limit goes from 55mph to 45mph — then back to 55mph — then back once again to 45mph. All in a short distance. (not counting the 35mph school zone). I have seen police cars from Ball speeding in Alexandria and Pineville. They were not after anyone. No lights were flashing and the sirene was not on. I did not see this one time, but many times. They are not interested in inforceing the law when they write you a ticket. They just want your money.
