Hwy 23 west out of Rosendale
Going west on 23 you are apparently clear of town and no sign to indicate the limit is still 30. I have driven a billion miles and everybody passes me and I still got a ticket there. We were just driving through some back roads to avoid the freeway and were unlucky enough to pass through this town that apparently has a nice revenue source. I was frustrated enough to look for a website like this and guess what location comes up first.

Rosendale, WI is a real joke- nearly 4 times as many tickets as Fond du Lac, but only a minute fraction of the population. Rumor is they even gave the Oshkosh Police Chief a ticket- city of 60,000+. Maybe he refused to buy one of those stupid t-shirts "Rosendale- just the ticket".
This village is literally a laughing stock.
I was traveling to Ripon from MKE, looking at my phone and chatting with my co-workers in the car, when I blew through Rosendale going 55. I immediately saw the "cop". He strolled up to the car in jeans and a polo shirt, like something out of Deliverance. What a joke. $136 I have to pay to this crap town now! At least my colleagues bought me a shirt on the way out, which I cannot believe they did.
