Hwy 27 – entering Stanford going North
As you are going over the hill to the stop light entering Stanford the speed limit goes from 55mph to 45 mph to 35 mph in about .25 miles. Police sit at the KY Farm Bureau building and clock you as you come over the hill. If not careful you will still be going 50 plus as you slow down to come through the lights.

Never even knew what I had done when the K-9 officer pulled me over. They have a posting in the median on the left hand side. I took me a few more passes thru there to even see the one on the left .$ 163. for 45 in a 35. Watch out !
Didn't even see the sign. He said I was going 51 in a 35. Wrote the ticket for 45 in a 35. $163.00!!
They have a good racket going.
