This is a speed trap, when the sign changes it is too late to drop your speed, he tells you that you can keep it off your record if you call the number on the ticket. and send them $165.00. The ticket would be a lot less. one way to pad the city of Bradley pocket. Do not stop in Bradley and spend any money.
