OPP marked and unmarked cruisers are actively enforcing posted speed limit within this area due to recent deaths of other officers and members of the public (Carnage Alley). The area has recently been described as the "Canadian Ohio" due to the number of cruiser sightings within the 63 km stretch of highway. I recently travelled this stretch and observed 7 marked and 3 unmarked cruisers.
