The west side of town going east bound he will sit on Rocking Horse Lane& Hwy 51 speed limit is 45MPH, under the hill where the speed limit goes to 35MPH going down hill, going up 45MPH, or by Quick in Easy right by post office turn off. He will be sitting in black and white most of the time. Sometimes hes in a white car. Watch out he will get you.
