Hwy 59, at village of Eagle limits, driving from Palmyra
There is no gradual speed reduction, as there is on many state highways. The speed drops from 55 to 30 (maybe 25) right at the village limits, with the officer parked right by the village limit and with a curve in the road, and rolling topography just before. Most state highways have a gradual speed reduction, but not in this spot or going in this direction. There are gradual reductions from other directions going into Eagle.
